Every abaya is inspected in Plano before it ships. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, color preference, or change of mind — please use the sizing guide and swatches carefully before you check out.

If something arrives wrong
Email hello@noorlibaas.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue (packaging + garment). If we shipped the wrong piece, something is materially defective, or damage happened in transit, we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever is fair once we've seen the pictures.
