How and when your order gets to you.

We ship from our warehouse in Plano, Texas. Every order is inspected before it goes out — that's part of why we're not the cheapest on shipping. We'd rather take an extra day and send you something we've actually looked at.

United States
Standard (5-7 business days): $8 — free on orders over $100.
Expedited (2-3 business days): $18.
Overnight: $32.

Most orders ship within one business day of being placed. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves us.

Canada
Standard (7-10 business days): $20.

United Kingdom & EU
Standard (10-14 business days): $30.

Rest of world
Standard (14-21 business days): $40.

On customs and duties
For international orders, customs and duties are not included in our shipping fee. They're charged by your country, not by us, when the package enters. Most countries charge between 5-25% of the order value. We can't pre-pay those for you, but we'll always declare the order accurately so you're not over-charged.

If you'd rather not deal with customs, ask a friend in the US to receive it and forward it to you — that's what most of our international regulars do.
